Student housing

With more than a decade of experience on the compartment, Fabrica has been the first Italian operator to invest real estate funds on the subject.

The first ground test was the Campus di Roma Tor Vergata, completed in 2010, with an innovative model leading the way for a new concept, combining accommodation and quality services for both study and leisure.
Since 2012, the SGR has further specialized in the compartment, setting with INPS e CDP Real Asset SGR resources, the first Real Estate Fund for the realization of reduced-fees student housing.
Up to date, Fabrica’s portfolio consists of 10 structures, in the main university cities of Italy, for a total of about 5.500 beds.
The SGR has in pipeline 4 further investments.
