Fabrica manages a retail portfolio of 40 core assets for about 590 mn € total OMV, both on national and international territories.
Of the aforementioned assets, about 40% has been conferred to a dedicated fund to one of the Italian top players in the large-scale retail trade (GDO).
The remaining percentage comprises core assets around National territory and Europe.
