Milano – Via Fabio Filzi 29
Called the ‘Time Building’, the asset is located in Via Fabio Filzi, in the central area of Milan near the Porta Nuova Business District and within walking distance of the Central Station. It develops an area of about 18,600 square meters, and consists of ten above-ground floors used as offices, and two basement floors .
The Time Building was built in the 1930s by A.F.L. Falck. It features characteristic design elements of the period, with its articulated volume with exposed brick and an imposing facade. Initially the headquarters of Siemens and later the headquarters of the Region of Lombardy, the building underwent an ambitious redevelopment project, thanks to which it is now completely revitalized with fine finishes and a contemporary design that seamlessly blends with the rationalist elements of the 1930s.
Most of the offices feature flexible and functional spaces, easily adaptable to the specific needs of tenants.
Thanks to the recent renovation, the building meets the highest standards of quality and sustainability (LEED Platinum and BREEAM In-Use Very Good certified).
