Partial redevelopment project on a residential and commercial complex located in the Marconi district, a well connected area to central Rome and the main city infrastructures.
The complex consists of three buildings, with a total area of about 9,925 sqm, of which approximately 5,703 sqm is residential and 4,222 sqm is commercial. The residential sections are currently undergoing renovation works, which will allow the creation of about 160 single rooms.
The facility will be managed by Dovevivo Spa, a well-known operator in Europe that offers a wide range of housing solutions, including co-living rooms, private studios, and apartments for short, medium, and long stays.
To date, the complex is known for the mural created in July 2026. The first part of the facility is expected to open starting January 2027.
