June 4th 2021 – By entering into the preliminary purchase for “Abruzzo Ecovillage” project, Esperia Fund is going to start its first operation in Abruzzo.
The Fund, invested by CDP Immobiliare SGR (Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Group), by Fondazione Con Il Sud and Regione Siciliana for a dedicated social housing program in Southern Italy, will purchase a 100 reduced fees flats project in Villanova (Cepagatti), between Chieti and Pescara.
A modern living project counting on social areas, green areas as well as a kids’ playground, all of these and more with the purpose of creating a supportive community. Finabita Group will act as the Social Manager of the community.
