Fabrica is among the winners at The Plan Award 2021, receiving an honourable mention in the ESG category for its Venice Santa Marta student house.
A urban regeneration operation for 650 new beds for students, realised by refurbishing an historical compound in Santa Marta area, facing the Giudecca Canal. The operation was promoted by Ca’ Foscari Venezia University and carried out by Fabrica’s Erasmo Fund, subscribed by INPS (Italian National Pension Fund) and CDP Immobiliare SGR.
A selection of major international investment projects entered the contest and have been evaluated by an high standing experts panel.
