The Comparto Tre of Cicerone Fund, RE fund dedicated to Cassa Forense, acquired a core asset in central Rome, in Flaminio neighborhood.

The 6-storey asset was built during 60s of XX century the host Toro Italian insurance company on a project by arch. Domenico Virgili. It is a modern, travertine and glasses office building, marked by four large classical-inspired marble bas-reliefs on facades.

The building was refurbished in 2019.
