Fabrica has received the “Deal Value Added” award at the 27th S. Margherita Ligure Forum held by Scenari Immobiliari. It is an award aimed at Real Estate companies which have carried out initiatives dedicated to add value in Italy, with the involvement of both national and international players.
The award was presented by the president of Scenari Immobiliari, Mr. Mario Breglia.
Attourney Giovanni Maria Benucci, CEO of Fabrica Immobiliare SGR, received the award: “this deal, as the many other initiatives developed by Fabrica, is the direct result of our team work, which takes its cultural roots from the solid tradition of the Gruppo Caltagirone and grows from the commitment to earn and confirm the trust, day by day, asset by asset, of the investors”.
