Rome, 29 December 2022 – Inarcassa RE Fund, managed by Fabrica SGR and fully subscribed by Inarcassa, purchased the asset located in via Verziere 11 in Milan from the Virtus fund, managed by Kryalos SGR and promoted by funds managed by Blackstone. The property is located in the heart of the historic center of Milan, a few steps from the Duomo and Piazza San Babila. The asset consists of two sky/ground buildings connected to each other, located in via Verziere 11 and via Cavallotti 14.
The complex has undergone a complete refurbishment recently completed characterized by stone cladding on the large exterior facades and a combination of glass and steel inside. Natural light, glass and transparency have been reinterpreted through the most advanced technologies to align with the new frontiers of environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. The attention to sustainability and the reduction of consumption has allowed the property to obtain LEED GOLD level certification and BREEAM Excellent level certification.
